You're trusting someone with your systems, your data, and your peace of mind, usually before you even get to see how they'll actually show up for you. So, here's *our promise*: give us 90 days to earn your trust. If, during that time, you decide we're not the right fit for your managed IT services, you can walk away from your service agreement. Start Your Service Let's go! Contact Us](https://tektrendz.com/contact-0?hsLang=en) ## FAQs: The TekTrendz Promise   What is the TekTrendz Promise? + It's our commitment to earning your business, not locking you into it. For the first 90 days of your Managed IT services, you can end your service agreement early if we're not the right fit, without paying out the rest of your term. What will I owe if I walk away? + You'll pay for the time you were with us, at our standard rates. Specifically: - Services provided through your termination date - The difference between your discounted rate and our current standard rate for that period. (Agreements include a discount for committing to a term; if you leave early, that discount no longer applies.) - Any third-party charges you approved - Any offboarding help, billed hourly (see below) What you won't owe: the remaining months of your agreement. Which services does the promise cover? + The promise applies to our Managed IT services. It does not apply to backup services or contracts. When do the 90 days start? + On your Service Commencement Date, the day we begin providing your Managed IT services, or the start date listed in your agreement. What's the deadline to use it? + Your termination has to take effect by day 90, and we need at least 14 days' written notice. In practice, that means sending notice no later than day 76. How do I use the promise? + Email your written notice to [accounting@tektrendz.com](mailto:accounting@tektrendz.com), and cc [sales@tektrendz.com](mailto:sales@tektrendz.com). Please use the subject line "Notice of Termination – \[Your Company Name\] – SOW \[#\]." Your SOW number is on your service agreement. Do I have to give a reason? + No. If we're not the right fit, that's reason enough. We'd welcome your feedback, but it's never required. Will you help us transition to another provider? + Yes. If you ask for help, or if a smooth handoff requires it, we'll provide offboarding and transition assistance. That work is billed hourly at our standard rate, plus any expenses you approve. What happens after 90 days? + Your service agreement simply continues for the rest of its term under its standard terms.
